According to Wikipedia the definition for Chimichurri is: a sauce and marinade for grilled meat originally from Argentina but used in countries as far north as Nicaragua.
Add in a food processor:
Cilantro – ¼ bunch
Flat leaf parsley – whole bunch
2-3 cloves of garlic
Olive oil - to thinly coat chopped greens
White vinegar to make more of a watery texture
Salt & Pepper for taste
Let it sit overnight and use on grilled steaks and sausages.
