We are excited to announce that our Mueller Pioneer pre-sales program has been completed. We now have a few remaining homes available for sale in the current phases of the Mueller Affordable Homes Program. These include yard homes from Meritage Homes, row homes from David Weekley Homes and loft-style condominiums from Greenway Lofts. If you are interested in the Program’s application process for a home available now, please review the steps below. Limited applications will be taken – watch this page for updates.
Mueller’s Affordable Homes Program will include future phases and additional home types as the community unfolds over time. We will continue to keep subscribers informed as new builders are announced and new opportunities become available. If you wish to subscribe for future notifications please click the Register tab and check the box for information on affordable home opportunities.
Steps to Affordability
STEP ONE
Visit our Affordable Information page to learn more about the Mueller Affordable Homes Program and to determine if you fall within the program’s guidelines shown in the General Eligibility section.
STEP TWO
If you believe you fall within the program’s guidelines, review each builder’s information below. Determine which builder(s) you are interested in, then download and fill out their Affordable Homes Application.
STEP THREE
Follow the instructions on your builder’s Affordable Homes Application closely. Be sure to include all signed forms and attachments when turning in your package.
STEP FOUR
Your builder’s lender will inform you if you qualify for the Mueller Affordable Homes Program. If you qualify, set up a meeting with your selected builder to explore the opportunity to purchase a home. If you do not qualify, please visit Home Finder for other market rate homes available in Mueller.
Yard Homes
Traditional yet innovative detached single-family homes. Inviting front porches encourage relaxation, and garages are served by rear alleys. Private yards are big enough for grilling and chilling.
