Austin-based developer Simmons Vedder & Company is building a four-story 442-unit apartment community at Mueller. This highly creative complex will feature both residential, retail and live/work apartments.

Plans for Mosaic at Mueller include amenities such as 10-foot ceilings, granite countertops and upgraded flooring.

The complex will feature two swimming pools, a fitness center and covered parking.

COMPLETION IS SCHEDULED FOR WINTER OF 2009.
