InTown Homes has two residential projects nearing completion. One, named Concourse, opening in the third quarter, is a collection of one- and two-bedroom luxurious condos ranging between 500 and 1,100 sf that offer spacious balconies, downtown views and nearby retail spaces. Mueller Affordable Homes: Currently, the Mueller Affordable Homes Program has more than a dozen new and previously owned homes available for income-eligible families who earn between 80 and120 percent of Austin’s median family income (MFI). These gently used resale homes, which are located on various streets within Mueller’s residential neighborhood near well-maintained parks and open spaces. Current inventory includes detached “yard homes,” attached “row homes, “garden homes” that share a common landscaped area, and “Mueller Houses” that have four or six residential units in one building that looks like a mansion from the street.
