Market District

At 51st Street and Berkman Dr., the Mueller Market District is a community serving retail center with small shops, eateries and H-E-B’s greenest store. Home to popular local establishments such as Torchy’s Tacos, Juiceland, Twin Liquors, University Federal Credit Union and Xian Noodles & Sushi, the District also features convenient service-oriented businesses such as Starbuck’s and a UPS Store, plus hair, nail, eyecare, chiropractic businesses. The District accommodates both electric vehicle drivers with charging stations and traditional vehicle drivers with an H-E-B gas station. The Market District is leased and operated by Barshop & Oles.

The Regional Retail District is owned and operated by Weingarten Realty.

Beyond its three main retail centers, Mueller features a variety and convenient retail options, including a collection of 14 shop homes that feature two-stories of residential above ground-floor business spaces along Robert Browning St., just east of Aldrich St. Additionally, many of Mueller’s apartment buildings provide ground-floor retail spaces. There is also a Mueller Trailer Eats food court featuring five local popular eateries. For more information on leasing a mixed-use space, visit the leasing page.
