On April 9 Mueller celebrated the third annual Plant Fest. The Mueller Friends of the Prairie and the Travis County Master Gardeners Association were in attendance to answer plant-related questions while the Clifton Career Development School and Maplewood Elementary School sold home-grown plants. Children’s activities such as seed paper making, wildflower coloring and coffee filter butterflies made for a family-friendly day, but the most popular activity, by far, was Home Depot’s bird house construction.
